It has been unused for decades unfortunately with fuel and oil residues. So the engine won't turn at all. Took it apart yesterday and the parts are now soaked in solvent hopefully I can restore the engine. I recognize the parts and have similar issue with the puller. I wonder why there I a hole in the axel that goes through the puller. I did not see any pin in that hole, hopefully I did not miss place any part.
