Raidmax itx-0907-bp manual

Overall Review: All in all happy with this purchase. It's a good looking case and is great for a a portable pc. Had plenty of room for a nice LONG 2 slot video card. It Fit nicely. The Cage and stuff that is inside the Other case well.. YEA had some issues see con areas. The Bridge for the SSD area and powering 3 pins was totally in a bad spot and cheap cheep made. I don't understand this part of the case. Would of been more logical to place.

Like SSD removable plastic slots there. I tried. Would of gave better options to mount more than only 1 mm. Could of had a duel rad mounting option there for same price to make the case. Overall Review: All in all the case was not bad at all. If the case was thought out a little better I would of kept it and be using it now but maybe someone will buy it and be ready for the challenges that I have prepared for them.

Needless to say, I have very few issues with this case! I was originally going to go with one of Corsair's portable mini-ITX chassis, because of the fan speed controller, easy access side panels, and an additional HDD slot, but I was looking to cut build costs and Corsair's case was easily double the cost of this guy.

So, I bit the bullet and got him instead! I've been very happy so far. Cons: Although the case deserves all five eggs, it is not without a few problems.

To begin with, the SATA backplane is in a very unfortunate location. If you're having difficulty loading the OS, or if your motherboard is inconsistently recognizing your SSD, it may very well be that your cable isn't seated very well. The instruction booklet could have been a little more detailed when it came to installing the HDD, too.

Even though I figured it out eventually, a picture or two detailing exactly how you mount it to the side of your frame would have been nice. The rest of the manual was very clear, though! Finally, cable management is a small issue. Although the case supports full-length ATX PSUs, the cables are thick and long and will require that you get creative in the way you position them. For right now, I have them zip tied, occupying an empty space between the motherboard and the corner most fan.

This is only a temporary solution, however, as I believe they are right in front of the hot-swap backplane. That said: the frame has plenty of convenient openings located throughout it, and the zip ties they provide help you fasten the whole thing together.

If I had been a little more patient, or plotted things out a little more efficiently, I'm sure I wouldn't be complaining. Overall Review: I recommend this case for anyone that doesn't need anything extraordinary, but needs a rugged, compact, cost-effective, and aesthetically appealing chassis solution.

Pros: Attractive, portable, reasonably well designed for the price. This case has more than ample room for about any graphics card. Cons: My biggest complaint is that the front panel IO is not easily separated from the outer case. I am also going to have to echo the other reviewers complaint about power supply placement, do yourself a favor and spend the money on a good SFX PSU with an adapter to mount in an ATX.

Dear Customer, First, we like to thank you for your review, the reviews are valuable information for us.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please send a email to rma raidmax. Again, we thank you for choosing Raidmax products. Christopher N. Overall Review: Mine came with a sticky power button. I emailed their support and they sent out a replacement button the same day. Pros: Let me start off by saying that this is not for everyone. Nor would I recommend this case to a first time builder. However, if you use a little common sense this is an excellent case.

Cons: my only gripe with this case, is that the acrylic panels can be scratched by a soft fart in the room over. I spent the extra ten bucks and bought some carbon fiber vinyl and it looks exponentially better.

Cons: No optical drive bay Installing 3. Overall Review: Overall, I really like this case. Doesn't include an optical drive bay, but you really don't need one these days. It uses a full ATX power supply, which is nice because it is cheap, but it takes up a lot of room. Case is relatively well built, although the black finish will scratch off easily.

Cons: It has been a few months since I bought this item and filed for a rebate and I have not heard from Raidmax.

My emails have been denied and their phone menu takes you nowhere near a human being. I will not buy another Raidmax product again. Cons: Little space. Less than optimal cooling.

Dedicated graphics will be hard to implement. Overall Review: Would only recommend to experienced builders as this case is cramped. Pros: -black brushed aluminum -smoked plexi-glass lets you see through just enough -comes apart in plenty of ways to make system building easy - along with cable management.

Cons: came with a shorted out internal power cable but a quick email to the Raidmax rma department and a replacement was on the way. Great support. Overall Review: Don't trust this brand.
