The double-layer DVD disc we burned with the Sony drive played in most of the set-top players we tried; however, very few PC-attached single-layer DVD recorders recognized the disc.

Is anyone else having this problem? When I start XPress I receive the error "Could not load your drive information, please run the drive selector". It then goes through the "borrowed or rental questions" and then shuts down. I have run drive selector, rebooted and still get the same error.
I have tried switching these around and still no success with XPress! I have searched the forum for a similar problem and the closest match I could find was the UpperFilters and LowerFilters described above but not sure it is directly related to my problem.
